天行学子对话美国驻华大使馆高级教育专员 解锁美国名校录取密钥

今年天行一中首开中美班（中美方向国际班），自开班以来，一直受到了广大学生家长和外界的关注。美国留学规划也成为天行众多学生和家长为关心的话题。10月31日下午，美国驻华大使馆EducationUSA高级教育专员沈毅（StevenShen）老师访问我校，就美国留学申请问题与天行学子进行面对面交流，使学生获得官方权威的美国申请指导。

沈毅老师是美国驻华大使馆十二位高级教育专员之一,他拥有近十年美国高等教育体制和美国升学指导的丰富经验。沈毅老师向我校师生介绍了学校和专业的选择、留学政策、等赴美留学相关问题，还就老师、同学们关心的美国大学申请、美国大学生学习情况等相关问题进行耐心细致的解答。

沈毅老师凭借多年的教育经验，对美国高等教育进行了深入浅出的解析，为同学们带来一场精彩的交流分享，使同学们对自己未来的美国留学有了更加深入的认识。中美班学生作为天行美国留学方向的主力军，在讲座之后，周灿（Kitty）同学提到：“听完讲座，我知道了A-Level课程相对AP、IB课程更加适合中国的学生，它的教育体系相对完整；同时沈老师指导我们该如何去挑选大学和专业，让我明白排名第 一的大学并不是好的大学，只有适合你的大学才是好的大学。”

天行一中校长助理Vivian提到举办此次活动的初衷时指出，“沈老师是美国留学申请的官方权威人士，此次请他来为学生进行面对面指导，可以让学生获得第 一手的权威官方资讯和专业的美国留学申请指导。”

沈毅老师的到访解决了一些我们对于学生留学美国方面的一些困惑和问题。他的到来与学校建立联系，了解天行对美交流的需求，今后将从大使馆的角度为学校提供各种与美国高校交流合作的机会和资源。

实际上此次的美国驻华大使馆EducationUSA高级教育专员到访活动只是天行一中升学指导处日常的工作之一，升学指导处每月都会邀请世界名校的招生官及相关领域的权威人士为学生带来新的升学资讯，提供专业的指导。除此之外，从升学指导到未来长期职业规划，为天行学子生涯发展全程精心护航，这也正是天行一中今年提交申请的十三位毕业生均被世界前一百名校录取的背后隐藏的功臣。
