专家称老师的整体水平超出预期——天行创世纪学校教师招聘首轮面试圆满结束

5月23日上午，天行创世纪学校教师首轮面试在天行黄家湖校区如期开始。所有面试者将接受由江西省特级教师、南昌市学科带头人及南昌市教研员组成的专家考评团的现场考核。
OnthemorningofMay23,thefirstroundofinterviewforteachersof
TeensenGenesisSchoolstartedasscheduledinHuangjiahucampusofTeensen.
Allintervieweeswillreceiveon-siteassessmentbyanexpertteamcomposedofexpertsfromspecial-gradeteachersfromJiangxiProvince,
academicleadersfromNanchang,andNanchangTeachingandResearchOffice.

初次报名人数两千余人，其中研究生占比高达4成，群英荟萃。经过认真审查，有200余人通过资格审查进入首轮面试环节。

以课程为基础选拔人才
现场考核分三个环节进行。在面试环节，应聘教师需在10分钟以内完成自我陈述、才艺展示、答辩，考察教师的师表形象、临场应变能力。试讲环节摒弃了传统教师招聘的说课形式，专家考评团现场指定题目由教师讲解，考察教师教学组织能力。最后答辩环节通过与专家的交流，考察应聘教师的教学理念和综合素质是否符合天行创世纪学校对教师的要求。
