【慧聪教育网】提起许建成的名字，在南昌的教育界可谓是响当当的“大咖”，当代教育名家、国家督导专家、江西首批正高级教师、南昌三中教育集团理事长......一长串的荣誉和成就，足以让家长和学生膜拜。让人意外的是，早在32年之前，许建成初任校长之时，他就给自己定下了一个目标：走进教室，了解老师，感受学生。更让人震惊的是，32年之后，许校长再度做了一个令南昌教育界轰动的决定，挥别自己亲手打造的“南昌三中巨舰”，鼎力加盟“天行创世纪”，开启他教育事业的“第二春”。

“做教育，必须要懂老师懂学生，而要了解教师，就得多听听他们上课。不能当了校长，学校的老师都不认识几个。所以在担任三中校长的一年多时间，我就听了两百多节课。”许建成表示，在校长岗位上奉献了32年之后，给了他一个坚定的认识，那就是好学生要上好学校，好学校更需要好老师。一个优秀的学校除了具备这些条件外，还需要一个优秀的团队和成熟的校园文化。

许建成校长有着丰富的学校管理经验。在其32年的校长生涯中，经历过特殊教育、职业教育和基础教育，先后在南昌十中、南昌十九中、南昌三中等省级重点中学担任领导职务二十余年，是江西教育界的资深校长。十一、十二、十三届市人大代表和政协教科文卫委员。曾获“全国先进教育工作者”、“全国中小学教育家”、“江西省优秀中小学校长”、“首届中国（江西）十大杰出校长”、“感动江西教育十大人物”、“江西省十大人民满意的实干好校长”、“首届南昌市十佳校长”、“首届南昌市明珠教育奖”等，多次被评为“南昌市优秀共产党员”、“南昌市优秀教育工作者”等称号，并荣登教育部校长培训中心成立“30年30人”风采榜。

许建成校长办学理念先进。2015年，教育部校长培训中心在南昌举办“许建成教育思想研论坛”。他认为，学校要重视人“生命与健康、生存与发展、生活与幸福”，主张“多元智能”理论与“三生教育”理念相融合，“德、智、体、美、劳”五育并举，“全面、全程、全域”三全育人，“培育有担当的现代中国人”。在他担任南昌三中教育集团总校长期间，积极响应市教育局集团化办学战略，努力践行“百姓大三中”理念，让优质教育惠及更多的百姓。
